Can anyone explain the difference between Saints Vigor and Saints energy to me please ?

Saint's Vigor converts your power to endurance I've understood and Saint's Energy/Stamina/Persistence/Tenacity makes your styles use less endurance I wish those weren't self-only, would make friars much more wanted in groups.

Thanx guys for the explanation, if I get it right u use the vigor to sit and regen END and use the other one to use styles for a longer time in battle or to sprint longer.

i just use vigor but it all changes after patch as they become shouts
