Freeze Tag Clan

O.K.

Some people might know me on BW FT servers as ^Gremlin^ and me wants to know is there any proper clans out there in a FT league and are looking for someone. Been in bout 4 FT clans, dont get one game before they split up. So wheres the real teams in freezetag?. Reply at some point

I was interested in getting a team together from our clan,but nothing ever came of it.(the league i mean!)
since then i been on ft servers a bit, but the bitching between players just bores me tbh.u know, if u win , u must be a camper, or an lpb ,or whatever.
freeze is a team game ffs holding a position could be called camping i suppose...so go play dm or summat.
lpb?after all these years i dunno what ppl are moaning about.They want to try q3 freeze - or q3 anything!- there just aren't any modems to be seen.in fact i think my isdn makes me an hpb lol!
anyway to the point,good luck with that m8,freeze is good game,but some of the attitudes ruin it.

hi there ^Gremlin^, there isn't currently a freeze tag league in the UK, the last one kinda died a death,
tho I think netgames are thinking about starting one up again in which case I'm sure GIN would be involved

There are quite a few FT clans but there doesn't seem to be many matches arranged, which is a shame, hopefully we can get some sorted out. Off the top of my head - GIN, LSD, SUMO, B9 and of course Wf?
I agree with throdgrain about the bitching, some people spend all their time moaning about camping lpbs etc etc, there are even a few people who have their fav moans bound to a keypresses. If you've frozen all but one of your opposition and put em all in the same place of course you should guard them, what are you supposed to do, all your team run off and let them be unfreezed ? Camping frozen enemies is fine IMHO. lpbs ? sure its annoying if you're 200 ping butt is kicked by someone with a 40 ping, but so what. These things happen and get on with it, there's nothing you can do about it, short of getting Cable/Adsl.

It ain't camping to gurad a frozen player - it's called guarding. Camping is setting up camp by health and amo, with a large weapon (often the rg) and fraggin players going by. The two are very different! Even so, camping is part of the game, too...

FT CLANS :<

I don't really see the point in FT clans because they hardly play in matches. If you notice the clans recruit like mad so they look good on the server but they are just n00bies

FT clans

I know what you mean about the difficulties in getting clans of the ground. We [EoD] started as a FT clan but soon all our lads went off into ctf and lately countershite , but still , the clan survived.
If the will and determination is still out there it might be easier now to sort clan stuff out simplty because everyone's on unmetered access ,so no need to keep one eye on phone bills etc and you can be online most of your spare time.
I'd like to see it happen and could possibly re-convert some lads back if it got of the ground, i'll see
Here's hoping(but i won't be holding my breath)
