Free/Very Very Cheap Software for CASE, (drawing Soft Eng. Diagrams etc.)

CASE software and the like.
I tried out Microsoft Visio at uni today and it was quite nice, but I fear the price tag.

So, can anyone recommend some free/cheap software that can be used to draw CASE diagrams along the lines of:

Jackson Structure Diagrams
Data Flow
General Flow Charts
Database Entity Relationships
etc.

I'm after something nicer than the drawing tools in Word please

Wolverhampton uni offer this for free.

You do get winxp, 2k, .net and a few others which is nice
