Free respec whit Nf ?

Ive heard several rumors about we gettin a free skill respec whit Nf, anyone that can confirm on that ?
To me it seems more like nothing els but just a rumor, cant see what Nf would change that much, that Mytich would give us a free respec !

Full Skill Respec:

- This free full respec is intended for players whose specialization templates are affected by all the changes we’ve made in New Frontiers. We haven’t set the bar terribly high – you need to have one realm point in order to receive the respec.

Nope it's all skills as long as you have at least one realm point on your character.
