Free money in Wales : Would you return it ?

Would be a kick in the goolies to have your philanthropy rewarded with:

1. Fixed fine penalty for littering

2. Arrested for attempting to defrauding the Inland Revenue by disposing of assets for the purpose of evading income tax

3. Arrested for inciting a public disturbance.

4. Sued by local businesses for creating a tortious nuisance.

if i found someones wallet ofc i would hand it in, i would keep the money if some guy checked it in the air like that, same as i would if i found money on the street, the police would only spend it on food anyway.

really depends who owns the wallet imo if its some ritch arse i wouldent, but if its some poor college students i would. see, i DO have moral..... kinda

on a seroius note effectively it has been given to you so i would keep it but if the man was found to be under stress or having a breakdown then yes i would return it. if you give it to the police i wonder where it would go?
