Free lvl 20 OR lvl 30 if you have a lvl 50

So if you have a lvl 50 on ANY server you can make a FREE UNLIMITED number of lvl 20 chars on ANY server.

And you get a free lvl 30 if you make it on an underpopulated realm, so those realms are hib/exc and hib/pryd because they have half of the population then alb or mid.

I think this is a good thing because it will solve the underpopulation problem on the hibernian realms and ofc avoidance of the -20 lvls with lots of noob groups

But, not for me, I'm currently running a Sorc from lvl 1 (currently at lvl 6) and I'm really enjoying it.

But still, if you're sick of the lvl 1-20 grind, I guess it's good.

it is only the server your 50 is on, i think they've done it the wrong way though.
Here's how i think it should work:
have a lvl 20 and you can start at any level up to 5 on that server
have a lvl 30 and you can start at any level ut to 10 on that server
have a lvl 40 and you can start at any level ut to 15 on that server
have a lvl 50 and you can start at any level ut to 20 on that server

that means if you've played it enough to get some knowledge of the game, you can skip to 5, as 1-5 is pretty much just a tutorial to the game...
