Only real way would not to go and train at your trainer after getting the pop up!

Why wait for 44? 43 is fine for that BG. Last i was there it was common to see 42's,43's and 44's.

i dont think the disable free level is activated until 1.72 and we going straight to 1.73 when catacombs comes out.
