Excalibur encountered, from the afternoon of Sunday 29th to Monday 30th, a
serious technical problem, which prevented players to connect despite the
immediate actions of our technical team. The problem has been solved on
Monday 30th June afternoon.
Because of the long shutdown of the Excalibur server, many English players
were unable to play; we decided to offer a free day to all the English
players with an active account. This free day will be added to your current
subscription period. Once again, please accept our most sincere apologies.
