Free Clipart/Webart/Photostock?

What are the best sites for free stuff.
Googling returns a lot of sites, but most are crap and require bollocks registration and/or dosh.

Hi Yuck

Not much help, really, but I know StockVault and ZURB both offer a small selection of free, royalty-free photos for personal and non-commercial use. If you don't mind paying a little bit, though, iStockPhoto really comes highly recommended for 'proper' imagery, but no clipart or webart I'm afraid (that I know of).

P.S. If you're using newish versions of Microsoft Office, you might want to check out Microsoft's Clip Art and Media website.

Good tips chaps thx
SXC is particularly good as they allow commercial use as well with most stuff. Whereas the Windows stie has lots of webelements.
