Free CGI webhost?

OK - I have a website/homepage which I have hosted on ProHosting's free service. It lets me run SSI and CGI scripts freely - namely newspro, which is a dream really.

However, it is slow as shit for people who visit regularly and some people have found problems with pages repeating themselves at random intervals.
This is naturally very irritating.

Does anyone know of another FREE hosting company who do CGI script hosting ?? (with full 777 file permissions, or 766 (he say's blagging his way through the file permissions he thinks he uses for newpro - ages since I set it up, and Prohosting has a funny way of doing it too).

Would be greatful of any advice, thankyou.

PS Am not willing to pay for hosting - this is more of a hobby site really and it doesnt warrent a monthly fee, cause I am studying at the same time and it will at times go unattended - lol

Well this whats come up when searching on keyword free hosts cgi on google and there where lot more but i aint got all time you know.
Also i guess any other search enginee would give you some hits so start searching.
