Downloaded it ages ago from stile, not knowing what it was. Its weird, and it doesn't directly promote the xbox - rather it promotes "playing games more" with the xbox logo after it. Not hugelywell thought out, but thats me.

The fact that they're clueless to what it was about gives way to curiousity, which is a surefire way to gain interest. Itsn ot intrinsically a good thing either - they might not go out and buy the product - but its just as viable as product placement and explanation ads.

The Xbox ad makes you sit up and take notice - I think thats the idea. The new PS2 platinum ad's don't have to do this as the PS2 is well known to the general public - although the ad itself is pants.

I dont think its much of a "campaign". I've only seen one ad for the X-Box and thats the flying one, and I watch TV all the time :/
