How do you record your own voice? I took a video of me and my mate having an epic fail at eve (those that have played it will know why it was an epic fail) but it only recorded my mate Huey's voice and the music but not my own. Can anyone help?

No idea mate all I can think of is that your mic isn't configured properly, if it recorded his voice and music fine its all I can think it would be... I mean its picking the key clicks up and his fine which means its only recording output on your pc and not input.

in short: fart about with your mic settings on windows.

I think you need a seperate program for it, or to have 2 vent clients active at the same time which I cant remember how you did anymore, simple solution is to just run windows media recorder and then add the soundfile in a movie editing program as a seperate line.

You don't need 2 Vents or anything. You need to configure your one to record what you hear, not just incoming voices. Or something like that. Been a while since I needed voice comms since I'm not currently playing any games where I need it.

I did but hes too busy preparing his speach for the Ballon d'Or 2010.

But whats on the video is what I hear. Can I configure vent so that I hear my own voice when I talk?
