Frame grabbing program

I need to find a frame grabbing program.
I should be able to grab in pictures, insted of grab it to a .mpeg file.

Does anyone know such program, so please tell me the name of it...

Yeah, it's called minus

Hit the key on the upper right corner of your numpad, and it will dump the frame to your daoc cataloc, named sshot00x

hypercam can grab pics or video from a window or pre-selected region.
If you were using the US version and windowed mode, you can easily select the best area of interest to reduce filesize. After saving your video you can then load it into aviedit and simply crop the topmost region off as hypercam leaves a stamp there if using unregistered version.
