FPS Problem

Not to do with daoc but who cares

I've just installed Pro Evo 6 on my pc, went to go play the game.

Everything loads up ok, go to start a match.

Hit a button.

Fps drops to 1 or 2.

Tried dropping the quality to low and resolution to it's lowest and still no change.

My laptop meets the system specs easily, though i'm unsure about my gfx card. It's an ATI Radeon Mobility X1300 (Omega 3.8.73), and the recommended is a Radeon 9600 or higher, but given my lack of knowledge about gfx cards, i don't know if its enough

Any ideas?

Bad news im afraid, that card is about a third the power of a r9600, its simply not up to the job.
