found a bug in alliance system..how do i get it fixed?

been trying to get my guild into alliance, i meet p with acean get invite type /gc accept and get msg saying you guild hasnt been invited to anything (or something like that) so we both relog and still same msg.
i then give guild leadership to somoen else and they get same msg.
who do i contact about this?

First of all it's '/gc aaccept' ie with 2 letter 'a' ... if it doesn't work then post on RightNow with as much detail as possible.
