Nothing new, just confirms we're like all other servers.

Basically stats show, there are more BBs, more farming SM's, and with NF coming the Hunters are the new Mid FoTM, hey I rolled mine way before NF was announced!
Not sure why the Bondancer (wtf?) are becoming FoTM!!!

Slightly concerning is the decline of the Skald and other tanks.

In my bid to be as anti-FoTM as possible I will be rolling a Warrior... well I already have, but i'll be continuing to roll him once I get him out of Thid... though in all honesty its not so much for NF and more for the fact that my account is populated by support classes which makes difficult for teh l33t cashz0r/scoolz farming

We are even more reduced to speedbot these days, and speed is often not welcome at many PvE things - and if it is, then runemaster or healer speed is used as well.

That'd only be 99.9% tho (or 100% precisely with rounding), and not 100% prior to rounding it - the comment was made on how the result could end up with 101% after rounding

well think the main reason for the skald decline is that pre toa, caster groups and the 3 healers setup they were a sure in, all had to have a skald in group, now tho nearly no one wants them, or well a few set groups stil run skalds, but they are far from being a sure thing, and most are left to solo, altho it should be said that mid to high rr skalds are about the best choice there is to solo with, well at least imo

chances are you'll soon see a decline in savages as well, due to people not wanting them in groups, since the zerk will be the new tank choice due to charge,

note* that isnt my opnion, since i for still think savages are very viable in nf, but i do forsee a Banelord Zerker boom,

This one is actually very simple to explain.
Shaman -> buffbots push up the numbers much
Healer -> buffbot pluss the fact that there is up to 3 per group
Spiritmaster -> Shafu wannabies and Moderna and Lair (dead atm unfortunatly)
Shadowblade I can not explain, neither hunter. Guess people just bored of not getting RvR groups so tend to "solo".
Warrior -> farmbot

fotm is 3xBL, BG, 3xSoju, 1xFoP..

..works very well on practice.

Your fotm is not a static piece tbh, fotm very often becomes fopm, sooner or later your piece of concrete is gonna get knocked for six a few patches down the line. As will these stats which hopefully will see a more balanced picture of mids playing a more rounded game instead just jumping on "I'm a gimp that can only play the current over powered class. Soon as some else say that class is gimped I am jumping ship like the rest of the noobs!!" uke:

FoTM is prolly best not even mentioning in the best of cases because it's a rather transient phase that applies to what ever peeps want from their particular groups. That's about to get even more fragmented come the next patch because different peeps will want different things and 1337 8vs8 says bai bai for good.

Lets hope mids wake up and start playing a more rounded game for all imo with NF just around the corner - although it's not too bad now as it was in the earlier days

I have much respect for Rolf, he played his thane even when they were anti-fotm. And oO look, thanes are going to be fotm (well near-fotm at least) next patch. Some reward for his dedication to that char.

healers are not fotm...they are a neccessity.
