Does any1 know of any free forums on the net that would be suitable for a guild..

The best option is to set up your own. If you don't have webspace or aren't willing to pay for it, free space from someone like Lycos should do the trick.

If you have webspace, all you need is to upload the Forum code.
Ikonboard, phpBB and the like are easy to set up and free to use.

www.guildportal.com is good it gives forums and mail and voting and all sorts.

It has some limited fuctionality for free but its worth checking out
