I think my bro has type 2 diabetes. But as a start to address the problem, then 'word!' I just hope a more biological solution is available in the future tho

Yeah they do pancreas switches, but you need a f*cked up liver to get on the queue. Bit annoying that, need to drink yourself to ahlf death to cure diabetes

Been a diabetic since i was 5, so if even a cyborg autopilot was viable, i'd jump on the chance like on a strawberry flavored lady bit.
