sure you just aint farming the 100% drop rate level 30 mob in toa? That only drops chain and studded, with crowns too

u can farm a full set yourself in 20 mins

go thru portal to market

go to docks

turn left and swim to island

on island are 2 mobs called urchin scouts green con to 35

kill, they drop mid chain, studded, small shields

almost insta repop

not killed with alb or hib chars so may drop alb and hib armour too

the drop rate for albs is crap but is half decent xp dunno about hib races? for albs it seems it only drops plated, chain and large shields.
