Some of you may have had this bug with the SI client, where it lets all your characters in barring one, which crashed in SI sometime previously.
I had this myself, and found this way of fixing it. Hope it helps, please post if it does.
* Delete or move the following files from your C:/Mythic/Camelot directory:
Charname_33.ign
Charname_177.ign
and the Charname_33 and _177 text files.
* Delete these files from your Shrouded Isles folder:
Charname_33.ign
Charname_177.ign
and the respective text files.
Log into SI and your char should now work, albeit your personalised settings and quickbars have been wiped.
Hope this helps some of you.
