bring back Malmo!!

What exactly is the problem with it at the moment? I hear pathing for mobs was changed so its very hard to get in or something?

Seriously though, just hit 40 with my warrior and malmo allthough mental at times is usualy a laugh and good xp.

And no no dont mention SI areas that are better im far to cheap for those bells n whistles

I went into Malmo the other night. I'm kinda used to being able to kill pretty much anything I want in that zone solo apart from the dragon and the highest level execs. (I usually just go there once in a while to get drops for guildmates and farm a little cash).

Orange con named Ulf:

Killed me 3 times in a row. I checked the logs afterwards and when I wasn't getting resisted I was hitting for zero damage.

Zero.

On one attempt I was out of power and he was still at 75% health.

Complete magic resistance. A Spirit Master with my spec should be able to chew through mobs solo, not having to be ultra cautious with a mere orange con.

Oh and he has a nuke with a *massive* area effect. I was at maximum distance from him, using damage shield on Junior, and he was still hitting both me and Junior at the same time with it.
This means the focus damage shield gets interupted and my only other means of hitting him is the lifetap, which was not working on him.

The challenge for me in Malmo has always been chosing where to fight, not what to fight.

In addition to Iiarnwood and Dodens (both due to ridiculous disease mobs), I now have another place I can't risk soloing.
