Dunno if this is related but there has been a merchant in Camelot for a long time that sells different kinds of fish. Has samekinda 'initiate dialogue' when you speak to him.

no you eat Lurikeen toes WITH the bone in, much like sardines or whitebait. They are crunchy but won't stick in your throat.
