For Starman! - This Server is for Low Pings Only?????

Starman,

I was wondering if you could explain a problem we had last night on the bookable server 4.

We had booked 2 hours from 9:15pm to 11:15pm and when we tried to connect it was saying that "This Server is for Low Pings Only".

Only [DAD]Superfox1 could enter on a ping of less than 35, if you ping was above 35 you couldn't get in!

Why was the max ping changed? How is it changed? Can it be changed back in such events?

It was very frustrating :-(

Well we had another Clan game last night and it happened again!! not to everyone like last week but one of our members could not enter the server because it was for low pings only!

Not much fun for those who cant connect.
