Firewalls: Open ports 6881 to 6889 to traffic.
Routers: Forward ports 6881 to 6889 to the PC running BitTorrent.

would like to add a link with a guide how to open and forward the ports but it seems diffrent from each modem.

or just define the port in the client and open that one.
