Ok so in answer to any future "how do I loose weight/tone up" threads...run.
Honest to god I swear I have done loads of different types of exercizzle (swimming, gymming etc etc) and this one is the most effective and cheapest. Also it's not like you have to go bloody miles either I do like 1 to 2.5 miles (most tiem I run is 30 mins) a few times a week, eat like a trucker (a big fat greedy one...called wayne) and have lost 5lbs since the beginning of last month...and I now possess a set of killer calf muscles!
