foq concerning Tools and Sc'ing

tools: weapons, flutes, drums, poles,

sc'ing: is it wise to put Hits on these, my main question here is , do they deduct and add without heal when switched?

so as for rog drops, most tools with hits would be like... cwap

avoid putting +hits and/or +con on weps if u change weapons/shield alot (scout/mincer/hybrid arms/infil, to name a few)

think this is a bug myself, if u swap 2 identical weapons with say +60hits your stats haven't changed at all, but u lose those 60 hits ;(
