maybe but he's got no managerial skills whatsoever.

Lots of bad signings for Leeds, excpet maybe Michael Bridges but he's been injured ever since he got there. The only success O'Leary got at Leeds was from the youth players he inherited from Howard Wilkinson & George Grahams teams.
