Fools bow

[Frustrated]

well i went off to get my fools bow artifact today, after reading through vos and having seen a friend do it i was pretty confident i knew what i was doing. so i arrived at the pit looking for the argo that always runs form you when you get close who's supposed to carry the bow. well i found it killed it and no drop, harpys still flying though so i went for another try, another ran i killed no drop. so for stupidity's sake i went down to the bottom and de stealthed in the middle and about 10 ran away. so now im pissed there all acting like the arti mob. anyone else noticed this or has a solution. driving me insane this.

I´ve learned that trusting VoS would be the same as putting up a thief to guard your precious stuff :-P

Never seen an argo swim or act strange, instead i just pwn em all. Much easier, and less to be cinfused at. Good thing to farm, if your lvling Malice

pull 10, pbaoe til they all die and if u are lucky, it drops . Anyway, i got a fools bow in my inv that i dont need, u can have it.

whwn i last did this I gave up looking for odd one, then sudenly shot 1 and it ran got stuck on wall and died, worst part was it was a bitch to see the bloody bow on see floor, as half was in pit wall!

ps: what lev required to get encounter i forgot and me hunter will need 1 soon?

Me+friend just played around, took a couple and we got it. I dont think it runs before you start attacking it, at least it seems so.

4 times ive done it and the Argo NEVER EVER ran away from me, VoS is a pile of shit.. dont listen to it, just kill anything that moves... the key is its already spawned when u get there so any Argo that spawn around you ARENT the one you need so dont bother.... start at the bottom and work your way up.. ive found it 3o4 times in the middle somewhere when VoS says its always at the bottom.. again VoS is a pile of shit.

if I had worked in GOAs office.. I would have suggested changing small things in encounters so people dont just read everything on a website made by americans.. but actually have to try and figure out something on their own

When I did this, it was exactly the same as VoS said. Took me about 20 minutes.

The one with the fools bow goes to great length to stay away from you, more than the others mobs. I mean out of bow range from you. I had to stealth go over to it and Mele it to death in a corner.

The normal ones will run / move away from after you attack them but will always come back into bow range.

i farmed the octopussy's for 1,5 hour total i think.
it dropped off a normal looking octopus.

Did it twice, and both times it was pure farming and none of them ran away.


... do as I did first time:start killing the octy's inv someone on the other side of the world that needs cred and continue farming.

second time I was there was to help a guilde who had been killing for 40-50 min, he invited me and second mob we killed it dropped
