I've read alot about this encounter on the net yet I dont seem to get a clear answer on two questions - maybe you peeps can help.

1, Does the Harpies have to be up for the encounter to be up?

2, What is repop timer on this encounter?

1- Yes..they have to be circling overhead

2- Not sure but i ahve camped it for 18hours straight and it didn't repop..i came back the next morning and camped again for 3 hours and it spawned/started

Best times to chekc it are mid morning [about 11] and just after 5 at night [when i found it was up passing by or doing it for other peeps]

2. just log in from time to time and hope its up, its just pointless in camping it since you might have someone else kill the squid.
