Rather spend the time and effort lvling a char to 50 and enjoying it .. then speccing say a .. hmm "mana bomb" lvling to 50 in 30 mins .. and not having much fun when owning ppl.

So yeh .. hard work but worth it in the end.

Nah why whine? None of alb infils above rr5 hasn´t died without dropping buffs time for em (those who´s used to move unbuffed)to eat dirt already.

Why would Noche now whine about buffbots when it seems certain that he has one? I doubt any group would give him full set of buffs every time I have seen him go down.
Here's just one example.

And about stealther leveling, I dont find it that hard to get groups with and soloing is an good option too (for scouts at least). I have 50 highlander scout, 47 saracen scout, 46 briton infil, 33 minstrel atm. Scouts have been always nice to make... Love the soloing sometimes, no stress, no hurry.

Noche's "buffbot" was probably Lyns, who happens to be an active member of his guild.

Well it was a nice fight indeed =). but i had just been in combat with a tank so i had no poisons on blades and allmost 0 endurance

.

Dunno its a bug or something, but it happens at least once every hour that you kill someone withotu any rewards what so ever and without any message telling you about it .... its very annoying.

(And i am allways unbuffed if i solo btw)

Just in case, I have NO buff bot, yet thou.

If i had one I´ll change my sign, for sure, just FYI.

If others don´t use buff bots I for sure won´t worry about using em, but it´s pretty sickening when u got absolutly no chance vs a rr3 who´s buffed till eyeball and got 0 idea about playing.

Lyns´s god like druid healing, but atm she´s ill and I can´t remember her last buffs since 3 weeks (ask her in game)

Would you have levelled both those scouts without being able to offer your 6sec PBT bot to groups as well? I'm not flaming btw, I deeply appreciate little miss Pulsing Bladeturn every time we grouped...
But I can't help thinking that's not a typical archer levelling experience

. And without the 9s Stun from your friends "unoverpowered" mages

Think at least 10 times today you were down to 1-10% hp fighting me or you used ip (which i dont need

and then got help from LA (who dont need skills to kill because of bard 1500 range compared to every other instant realm's aoe 700 range) and if we happens to mezz you hibs ONCE you got overpowered group instant purge *lols*

.

Anyway, feel free to take me on without your friends sometimes

.

(not complaining, just a bit mad since you are so dead but you get help just before the killing attack from me).

Alb mages root/mezz/stun > a mere 9s stun.

Gets some resists if that 9 is too long for you ^^

Purge = once every 30mins.

Insta mezz still wont save our asses when we get charged by '1fg' of 40 albs

1. Purge cost way to many realm skill points. and the 30min reset timer .. rofl

2. Bard uber range on the mezz compared to albs none? and the mid 700 range? rofl

3. "1fg" albs? never seen that =) ... ónly see 1fg hibs killing 40 fg albs because of group purge and 1500 range on aoe mezz.

4. Albs suck rvr .. i acknowledge that .. i know the reason, cant tell offcially though

.

5. The stun, i can live with it if its a style .. but having it on a 1.5S casting time spell? rofl

6. Mythic's producers play hib .. its been prooved very often

. got about 0 nerfs since beta

.

7. Root is *NOTHING, nothing nothing nothing noting* compared to instant aoe mezz with uber range...rofl @ hibs.

True that Landshark, made the theur bot when my 2nd scout was around lvl 30. First one I took to 47 without friends or guild support. So I do know how it is without offering pbt to group but still, I dont think it was so bad that ppl usually think it is.

Camo only negates see hidden, asassins will still see you at a range of 125+([Their lvl - your stealth]x50)

edit: Yep, true that now that I think about it Sanar. I remember you trying to set up pony groups when I was in catacombs with my minstrel or friar, can't actually remember which. Probably my minstrel given I'd shelved the gimpy friar back then...

Hm, try to put 125+(50-53)*50 = -25

And there's no hardcap on stealth

Doesn't work like that at stealth levels >50 though.

Q: Last week you said that the assassin with a natural 50 in stealth and an assassin with a natural 38 and 12 in +stealth items would be equally hard to detect (although the natural 50 would have better safe fall). But what about if both of them have a natural 50 in stealth, but one of them has 10 in +stealth items? Does it do any good?

A: There is no hard cap on stealth – so the player with a total of 60 points in stealth will be harder to detect (both for PVE and RVR) than the one with 50. Please keep in mind that the difference between the detect rates at 50 and 51 would be so tiny that you’d have to be running developer tools in order to really notice it. At the 50+ level, you won’t see dramatic change.
