Flash Animation

I am propbably going to flamed to hell for this post but any advice would be appreciated.

I am building a small site using Frontpage 2002. Upto now everything has gone well using HTML. What I wanted to do was insert a small flash animation into one of the web pages. I have checked on the various different tool bars and I cant find anything that would allow me to put in a flash animation

Any ideas on how to incoporate a flash animation in a HTML web page would be greatly appreciated. If it cant be done then what other options are available.?

well... thats what you get for using front page....

all you have to do is:

1) export you flash ani as html
2) open the html file with the name of your ani
3) click view -> Source in the menu
4) copy everything in the <object> tags, including the obect tags.
5) load up front page and past into the corect location.


if you used dreamweaver there would be an insert -> media -> flash button

I've got an even better idea - write the HTML yourself. It really is a good idea...

Yes, but you have to learn somewhere, therefore seeing the generated code is as good a place as any.
