It's just becoming a game of abuse,insults and pettiness.Sure we play the game for a fun and laugh but insults are so common now it's making it less enjoyable.Sad to see to this but i just want people to think now before the do things and realise it is just a game and it REALLY should be for fun not abuse.

Some people may like it but i am sure most do not.

it's a shame but a fact of life that DAoC is now at the same low level as games like counterstrike.

No one plays it for fun now..they play simply to abuse others and spoil it for the rest of us in doing so. Thye gotta win Matt...sad gits that they are.

We have 2 choices Matt

1: learn to live with it and give as good as we get OR

2: find another game to enjoy

I'm still trying to decide..but I have started to give as good as I get in the meantime, and strangley enough the abusers can't take what they are so good at dishing out Try it Matt..it's very satisfying to give them a bad day for a change.

While I'm deciding if I'm going to quit DAoC I'm going enjoy doing more of that I think

From these forums I'd agree matt, but in game people seem a lot better, there's much less whining and bitching there IMO. The nature of forums mean that people will whine and insult each other on them, it doesn't mean the community is completely crap, this is just a handy place to vent.

Have to agree with that. The forums and the game it self is a different story. There are many people that have never replyed in this forum or posted anything. That means that they enjoy the game as it is and not by interfere in the forums. Are they wrong? I don't think so.

Silly attitudes like that are common in the game. The infiltrator in question had been powerlevelled for the best part of his life(lv30+)... go figure.

Hmm. But.. Everquest is quite a good game and still provides a challange at high levels... and err they add levels in expansions rather than even more pisspoor new areas which are only useful for people who decide to take up their frankly fuck ugly new characters/races.

I've not 'given' anything away. A friend of mine and I have often played that character, and our other account co-operatively. Nothing has really changed, except that I personally rarely play it now.
