[FLAME] About last night

Why? i ask Why can't people get together to take a damn relic ? we had the best chance we will get in a long time of getting our STR relic back last night.
CBH had 3 Full groups in alb and we took 5 keeps and Xyna tryed to get a relic force together, but what went wrong ?
After what i read in our /cg Lofff was willing to help getting the force to Beno after legion was dead but when CBH took Hurbury the Legion force backed out.
After this i want to ask why the hell Hibs are more conserned about Loot and killing legion that takeing a Relic. Legion raid can always be done, but a Relic Raid is something you have to do at the right time.
Does anyone Agree with this ?

More to the point... Ppl knew on CF alliance WELL in advance that a relic attempt was going down as they had been forwarned and WHO was the idiot that announced a legion raid over IRC

More ppl wanted to go on a stupid legion raid.... Mindless sheep the lot of em

Well the albs timed it well or had good information to be sure.

One set of people in albion taking keeps and other big set in DF on the legion raid.

First I knew about anything was after legion was dead and by that time they were on the second door.

Just out of interest:

When the announcement came through over /as on CF alliance that there were Albs at Dagda (i.e. they were on the first door), there were 110 Hibs in DF.

When the Albs got to the third door and that announcement was made, there were 86 Hibs in DF.

When the relic went neutral, there were still 72 Hibs in DF, of which 42 of them were lvl 44-50.

And people wonder why we lost our relic...

I know us mids cant talk much, but just my 2 cents

Although you did turn up just as we tried to take advantage

First I heard of Dagda was when we had taken Hurbury and were heading to help the Hibs getting rams and kill Mids near Benowyc. Just as we killed the last Middie, news of dagda came; Albs were already on second door. We quickly (and hecticly) decided to get to DC. When we were back in Hibernia, it seemed we wouldn't be in time to defend Dagda so needed to gather at crim/amg instead to stop the Albs. I then LD'd. When I got back 2 minutes later, I got to amg asap, but Albs relic was already in Albion heading to their relic keep by then, as I later learned.

I'm glad we had spotted all those Mids on the ridge between Crim valleys, moving around oh so quietly ( : We know Mids are opportunists, and I'm glad we didn't let you take advantage of us ( :

this was a well planned raid by the tincans, id congratulate them if i didnt hate them But it brings a point thats been argued to light, hibs are less organized in RvR and THAT is why we are losing and i feel sorry for the few decent warriors who try to organize everything and then just get annoyed because people just dont listen, i alway find that if i charge an alb caster, he always has a bodyguard to stop me, Amd the Funniest thing is HEYRE USING OUR TERRAIN AGAINST US! errrrm thats not good.

To the people that have and still try to bring order to our forces > keep the faith youll have my full co operation in RVR no question and to everyone who ignored orders and blindly ran off shouting KEEEL KEEEL! , ffs listen and stop showing up our realm for a bunch of n00bs

We can win in RvR but wer fighting among ourselves half the time .

We arent losing, we held 3 relics the longest but we cant keep what we've got because of our lack of organisation.

Our biggest problem with organisation, we got 2 Big alliances, not 1, why ? Does anyone else agree that this is the problem ?

the alliance thing is not the prolem > getting a message across to otehr alliances is easy, its just a /send but i stand for my alliance buddy > angrysquirrel and his rant about having a CG in RvR to co ordinate our efforts with a leader >> i seen us own emain with that


and i think that you can only have 20 guilds max in an alliance

DO people know what having the relic's mean?

If Relic Keep is under Siege it is not good to hear that lev 40+ are doing their own thing - especially if it is specific guilds. The guild leaders should raise the Call to Arms if needed and certainly within DA, the minute this is raised, people are expected to drop all they can and aid the Officer raising the call.

3 serious questions:

1: Why did those in DF stay in DF despite our relic being stolen...?

2: Did no one in e-main or frontier notice the Alb Army at any point? If they did why no alarms? Even if we were raiding two different locations, surely someone must have thought - RELIC is it safe???

3: Having 2 large alliances is not a problem if they work together - only problem occurs when they don't work together. Only takes a /send to communicate. So Did the Alliances Work Together??

SO now we have the fun of trying to get it back ...

haha, m8 it is our relic, and it has been rightfuly returned home

Actually fortunately we killed 2 FG Hibs as 1 FG Albs, near Crim about 30 mins b4 the raid. I think that more or less killed any Hib intellegence forces in Emain.

Sorry fellas only 1fg ported to alb to try and intercept the relic. We tried and failed. Must've ganked loadsa peeps on the way to Myddrin, all cons. We were running up the snow path to the relic keep when it was captured.

When the relic was captured, we sunk our heads, we were so close - How many peeps did you albs have escorting it, would 1 group have mattered lol.
Also sorry to the 6 albs that nicky mezzed on the pathto the keep , cos the rest of the group chased the stragglers to Myrddrin. I was oos and stun-ganked em all Poor yellows + blues doh Good job none of em had an IP to trigger rofl.

imho u are seriously missing sth when u flame at ppl going for a legion raid instead of ... of what?

1st news we got bout CBH attempt were when we all were standing in front of legion and about to pull. No1 coming to the legion raid had a fecking clue bout a relic raid, nor me meself who would have joined the relic attempt.

I can understand guilds want to make their own events... CBH makes its own relic raids and alliance of power makes its own df raids... When i asked alliance of power to join us and gank legion they denied. nvm since they appeared in /who falls so ppl tho we had a real zerg there (allowing me to get the last groups in df)

With that i mean, i arranged a fecking legion raid cos NOTHING was going on atm, at least non officially, CBH and AOP ones were guild only and almost "secret". Am v.satisfied ppl answered the call altho it was bit late we got the numbers to do a fair/fast/effective legion run.


Ending that raid has been a nightmare, u cant imagine how fooking impossible is to answer 23556346342423423pms/sec
CBH wanted support, i wanted to help but ppl wanted his share of the loot and bed cos they were alrdy missing sum bedtime due to the raid... Ppl still after highlords i suicided after 1st highlord and sit at mbeo, wanted a fast loot share then help CBH (best thing i could do) then albs at dagda were spotted, /as /cg and more pms attacked, "hey i need to log asap can i have sum seals at least?"... "hey can i have a look at those staves droped?" "hey hows champ dd dmg?" - lets go defend dagda, sharing will b later. We lost 1 relic, wiped the albs camping inside dagda who could have got the other 2 if we have not, we defended dagda from the midzerg who rushed getting relic neutral for a short while, repaired doors, defended 2nd alb attack, shared loot (at dagda). saved part of drop for tonite and the ones who logged earlier.


Nothing bad legion raiders did. Next time ur going into a relic attempt try informing other alliance too or sth, quit whining if not.

ps2: gonna do the 2nd sharing part right now... yeh yeh, my playtimes are screwed :<, peach got another 3 highlord drops to share and tons a seals were missing (oh well usual ) Ppl worked v.fine tho

About the relic raid:

It was not prepared far in advance afaik. I ran 2 CBH groups to do some RvR. We got a few rams, took a few keeps, then met up with another CBH group and took another keep. By that time Xyna thought it was a good idea to do something with the fact that we owned 4 Albs keeps. We agreed, and started getting alliance guilds into cg, and decided to get CF / CF alliance in too. So we contacted CF, but they were on a legion raid. After a while we got word they were prepared to help out after they were done (after the loot division I think). The turn up of our own alliance was so poor (4 fg, but with scouts at Excalibur, rams ready and 4 keeps down) that we couldn't do anything but wait for em to finish. Then Mids started attacking part of our force that was gathering in Albion, and just as we finished them off we got word that the 1st door at Dagda was down (AND of 40 albs at Excalibur).

So all in all I think we can all blame ourselves for not putting more people in our own frontier to keep a watch out, and actively getting more info when Da Behn and Bolg fell. And we can blame fate for dealing us a crummy hand last night : /

And we can blame the Albs for breaking every dress code known to man No relic is ever gonna make you look any better, so why take one anyway
