fix my shield allready'

SO are they ever gonna fix the shield bug in pve (talking about reactive procs ofc)

it seems to me like a small thing to fix, but it have been "out of order" for how long now? (long time anyways')

Guess its not that big a deal but would still be nice to have

It's not a bug, it's intentional, so you can't afk reactive proc engage stuff to death ;o
