somewhere else on the DAoC forums, i read that "Eclipse" is the unnofficial EU server, until it comes out over to us poor peon like cousins of the all conquering, all powerful United States of America, or HAMMER TIMERS! if your getting personal....
Anyone want to get together, we can develop the first MMORPG to be released in Europe first - lets face it, were better analysts than the yanks :great:
besides, we can then have a bit of a laugh eeking out the bugs for us, then pretend we're testing it for 3 or 4 months, then release the original bugged version to the states - get our own back, to a certain degree

Eclipse is the unofficial UK server. There are other "unofficial" servers for Germany and France, but I can't remember what they are.
European servers are due near the end of the year, and SOE said they are looking at a facility to copy characters to them once they're launched.

if you go to the eclipse board on vn, alot of euros are posting there. so i guess thats where most euros will be playing.
