cloak of retinecy is a short quest, visit the sheild merchant outside CU to start it

Runic Troll Hide Belt is an ellyl's drop I think...pretty sure

Infernal Black Diamond ring is also from DF

Veiled bracer of eyes, speak to Heather in swanton keep (2nd floor) its the third reward for the quest after part 12. If you have any problems with any parts of this quest pm me in game

Other few items, got no idea where they come from tho, hoppe this helps
