30% hp heal per lvl it says.
Self heal that heals approximately 30% hit points per level gained in the ability.
LOL what a load of bollox, it heals me for 90 - 110 a cast, and i have 1000ish hp. Surely something gotta be wrong with this skill?

I noticed that to, getting healed for less then what it states.
More like 10-15% per level of FA.

Its shiite. FA1 may be worth the 3 points, but FA2 isnt worth another 6 thats for damn sure.

It's because of the version we're at.

Reading back through the Camelot Herald patch notes...

Live version 1.50:

First Aid is 3 levels of insta heal, doing ~10% per level.
Ignore Pain is a 100% insta heal.

Live version 1.50C (some tweaks and fixes to the live version):
First Aid is raised to 30% per level.
Ignore Pain is changed to be 3 levels of heal, doing less per level than First Aid.

Live version 1.51 (this is the version that the Camelot Herald documentation reflects):
First Aid stays at 3 levels of 30% per level every 15 mins.
Ignore Pain changed back to be a 100% insta heal every 30 mins.

So, GOA patched to 1.50 (orginal), and that's what we get. Crappy First Aid, but good Ignore Pain. 1.50C also brought the Realm Ability respec command in, so we can't use that until GOA patch again (right up to 1.52, whenever that may be).

eh..

the letters after a US patch indicates it is a test version for Pendragon.. it doesn't mean it is a later version of a live patch, it means it is a later version for a patch currently in testing..

it makes no sense at all for Mythic giving GOA test versions.. they get the completed, live, patches that Mythic used on their live servers.

No.

If you search the Herald for 1.50

You'll see the Pendragon Test Versions 1.50X going up by letter.

Then you'll see (no test) Version 1.50 Release notes.

Then 1.50B Release notes (a live version patch on the same day)
Then two further test versions (I and J).
And then 1.50C Release notes (a live version patch with test patches I and J).

Ah.. you're right.. Hmz.. never noticed that before..

but.. it must be at least a version equal to or later than 1.50c..
since it does contain the part about assassins not being able to one-shot and then stealth away again

Well, if that's the case (haven't tested it) then maybe we were given some mish-mash of versions. Anyway, the point was that First Aid will probably get much better next patch

No. The one-shot-remain-stealthed was taken away in the first Pendragon Test Version 1.50A. But they didn't say anything about it until Live Version 1.50C. (For 2 weeks assassins were bitching about not being told about it).

Yeah, that's what I mean - cus in this EU patch, assassins can't restealth immediately after one-shot, just like it says in US patch 1.50c

But you said that it must be equal to or later than 1.50C. The 1.50C notes just say that "until last Tuesday", which was when the original patch went live (but nothing was written in the notes).

And as an aside, it was never a "restealth immediately", we just never dropped out of stealth.

easy way to check...

has anyone bought void or one of the other (crap) styles?

check the timer... if its 15m then mythic gave GOA the naff patch :)
if its 10m then it's good...

Yeah, FA2 has a quickbar slot. It's on list 8, along with a load of other charged items and bounty point stones. This is my 'oh shit, I'm totally fucked, hit anything I can and hope I live 10 seconds longer' quickbar :)
