Firewall prob

right. wrong BW account. stuck at work. forgot password. forgot secret question. Firewall FUBAR'ed. Cant play.

So. i wanna know: What port does DAoC use?

Some tech wiz put up a firewall on my priv. line, without tellin me, and blocking my precious addiction. HELP ME!

try netstat -a from command line after alt-tab.
you should see port listed in there.

Dunno if it is a fixed port or random.

The DAoC client uses TCP ports 1280, 10500 and 10622.

I also need the same info. Submitted a question through Right Now and got this back 30 mins later. Well done to GOA on the fast reply, btw.

Here are the required settings for a firewall :

TCP:

Open IP class 193.252.123.xxx
Open ports : 1280, 10500, 10501, 10502, 10503, 10504, 10622, 10623, 10624.

UDP:

All UDP ports must be open.
