I want to add this command as a bookmark in firefox :-

c:\Program Files\VMware\VMware Remote Console\vmwareConsole.exe -p password user@hostserver:/root/vmware/winNetStandard/filename.vmx

but I cant for the life of me do it, I just get errors when trying to link to it, I guess its due to the paramerters (even tried a file:// prefix)

any clues ?

Erm wtf....

How about copy it to a notepad, save it on your desktop and think of it as a mini Firefox bookmark being kept specially all on its own because its dangerous n shit..?

tried using forward slashes for the path? and use %20 to represent spaces:

I just bookmarked

"file:///c:/Documents%20and%20Settings/Monkey/My%20Documents/evekey.txt"

dont know if it will work for executables and their parameters.

edit: just tried it with backslashes and spaces but firefox converted it into the above anyway.
