Fins whine Erek style.

This isnt actually aimed at anyone its just a combination of things ive experienced in relation to Fins.

Well last night I dinged level forty-eight,
Time I guess for some more fins fun,
I wonder how long I’ll have to wait,
Oh good the man says I’m number one,

So let’s see what shall I do now,
A quick tell and I’m number two,
Erm Mr list man can I ask you how?
I’m really not sure he has a clue.

I guess I’ll see if I can get something going,
So I start off with some enquires on /GU
But the for them the realm points are flowing,
So I start to make use of the command /who,

So here goes my first hopeful send,
Would you like to form an EZ party?
Oh your on the fins list and cant attend,
Never mind I’ll try the drood called Marty.

Time for a quick fins list check,
/send can I ask what position I am?
/send w8 a sec…
He then goes as silent as a clam.

Maybe he’s a bit tied up at the mo,
10 minutes later I give it another try,
I wait some more and have another go.
I’m convinced that he’s not a bad guy.

Then I finally I get a message back,
I’m back to position number one,
He’s now giving me some flack,
But after earlier I’m not checking for fun.

Given up on making a group of my own,
Some of the druids are clearly pissed,
& I have clearly now been shown,
A lot people would rather sit on the list.

While I wait I think ill play my favourite alt,
To avoid any missing my position danger,
I message hoping the list mans worth his salt,
Then proceed to log on my ranger.

For a while I let off some arrows in the battleground,
I decide to make sure the list man knows I’m here,
But I think he thinks I’m a bit of a hound
Because of his responses nearly brought a tear.

Now dropped to position number four
This path to 50 seems to be quite a slog
I think to myself never mind fins are a bore
Maybe its just time I should log.

This is one list guy who I wont buy flowers.
I carry on plucking away with my bow,
Finally I get a call after two hours,
And decide to just go with the flow.

It’s a fair slog but to get there quick but I’ll do my best
Now I’ve made it half way to the cursed forest,
Then I get an impatient & rude e.t.a. request,
Now there will definitely be no trip to the florist.

I make it to the funny tree,
After one or two impatient a tell.
They all seem pleased to see me.
& I begin the fins group hell.

The XP flow really wasn’t too bad.
But that’s not the main thing,
Sometimes this game makes me sad.
When people only worry about their DING.

Then the list man makes his level,
And everyone gives him the gratz,
He doesn’t even hang around to revel.
God sometimes people are prats.

Been there on the fins thing mate, if you got some stroppy twat holding the list why the fuck dont they give it to someone else? i mean, you dont know who is on it, or who is leaving wehen etc, you need to plan dont you FFS !!!!

Course, they could use DTOC but they would all need it for the list thing to work.

That stroppy twat has been me on occasion, and if you ever hold the list and want to unload it, the group suddenly pretends that they can't hear you

Or they are all "not gonna be there for much longer they think so best to let someone else do it". The not much longer for some people stretches to about 8 hours.
