The Hob-Nob mystery

In order to make XPing SLIGHTLY less boaring, some of us try to indulge in conversaition. I beleive one had the other day was "What is the best kind of biscuit". I think chocolate digestives(tm) with the caramel in the middle were a sure winner...
..but a certain person who shall remain nameless broke from the norm to persue the path of the Hobnobs. (you probably don`t get them in Finland :p)

Don't get me wrong, hobnobs are a treat.
But they are not the best of the best....

For further biscuit enquiries I suggest you speak to Oz-something (can't remember hus name, he's a 40+ armsman/pally) or Traia (40+friar) - they may have "connections" in the biscuit world.

I made one too .. its .. er .. a bit bigger, basically the two different maps put together so you get the best of both worlds. All the labels, places, mobs, important NPC's etc .. AND the luverly GFX of the warbrand maps. Plus it has the dungeon maps thrown in too.

Now its 25Mb (I did say 'a bit' bigger :) ) and if you dont have either a color A1 printer or a second computer its a bit useless, but hey I made it for me not you ;)

In case anyone feels the need.

Jaffa cakes are more of a mini-cake than a pure biscuit, hence the name.
Though they are exquisit.

(and that giant map is GORGEOUS - Get it now! (unless your using a modem, then it would be a bit silly)

Heh, cheers guys .. that map took me almost half a day of work time to complete ;)

I just use it on a second machine, load it up in IE and use mouse wheel button to zip around it. It would come out really well on A2 at 300dpi but your local printers would charge a fair wedge for that kind of printing. Think it was £30 when I looked at the price's .. not worth it for a map ;)

PS SFXman, about the avatar, someone once said this to me on a forum -

"Dig the avatar.
I see that you're raising some important environmental issues, promoting the benefits of conservation around the world simply and effectively by showing an oak leaf encapsulating Mother Earth.

Either that or you smoke da 'erb."

I had a funny experience with chocolate hobnobs once. Me and 3 friends were, er, indulging in some psychoactive recreation (2 tabs of acid each) and had spent about 8 hours in my flat generally having fun, when we started to slowly & gently come down and hunger set in (as it does). Nothing to eat at all in the flat, not a sausage. But in the corner of the living room was a large biscuit tin and someone said to me "Sam, what's in the biscuit tin?" to which I replied "what would you like there to be in the biscuit tin?". Stomach growling and head still quite twisted she said "Ooh, chocolate hobnobs!".

So I got up, picked up the biscuit tin and ceremonially opened it to reveal... a full packet of chocolate hobnobs. Much freaked-out-ishness ensued (along with rampant devouring of the aforementioned biscuits...).

Guess you had to be there really. Oh and that was the evening of the Kenneth Clarke experience too, but I'll keep that bit of wierdness to myself I think :)

Nice map btw :)

You take a day off sick and...

find a thread about Cartography, biscuits and drugs.

I think Im running a temperature:puke:

------------------------------------------------------------------

ps:

McVities "Cheddars", the thin cheesy biscuits can be consumed FOREVER and are clearly a class apart from anything with chocalate on. Chocalate is fine for girls but men should eat something savoury. Like Cheesey biscuits.

or cheesy puffs

or Hollands Meat and Potato pies.

or Hollands Meat and Potato pies with cheese on top on a toasted sandwich.

with ketchup.
