Overcharge everything 33/28 or 37/32. I've done 3 full suits and not lost a single item, using 2x 99% and 2x 98%qua gems per individual armor/weapon piece.

Hooded Blades cloak is the tank reward for "Zombies, Ghosts and Necromancers".
From Ft. Gwyntell, head north over the hill to the two haunted houses. In on you will find a ghostly friar called Bartholomew Swett, take the quest from him.
You can start the quest with NPCs in the other house but you will get a shite reward.
Btw the cloaks, despite the reward being different for rogues/tanks/healers/mages, are tradable. So a tank can give you his...

Not a problem, in the setup i have put te gobbo jewel has it should be. with matter resist instead of the extra body resist. so i will have a fairly low matter resist until patch. but not worried.
