Fiery Diamond Seals ?

Just got a nice pile of these, any ideas what difference with
'em and normal Diamond Seals? I heard that they count as 5 normals... Any confirmation for this?

They range from 5-20 i have heard but i dunno what one is what.

think they do, i have fiery emeralds and they are just emeralds already stacked
