Nerf you and getting to 385 dex on Fishis, Pirkel.

I can't get close without buffs.

Mind you, fully TOA'd is unimpressive in PvE compared to fully Cat'd. +10% Block/Parry is wonderful.

Yes please. I also have everything capped and very high QQ on my cleric but not as much as Andrilyn. Been to the dragon a couple of times.
