I assume you mean Final Fantasy 10 - and one of the end boss things you have to kill. My brother whooped his ass yesterday, only caught a glimpse of it, but he had all his aeons with their limit breaks and all his characters too.
Anyway - do a search on www.google.com for "FFX Walkthrough" and you'll find some tips.

Buy the guide, £12.99 and makes it very easy to do the hard bosses. (Completed the game very fast with the tips in the guide)
