Guh, one day they will stop the Final Fantasy crap and make something NEW....

People bitch about sequels, when there is one or two, but when there is 10 wtf, people should be burning things in the street or summit :/

FF may of been a good game but its a moneygrabber now and holds no joy for me to play it.

Get something like Grandia or Grandia 2, now thats an rpg...

Or any common jap RPG....

thing is, they're not sequels perse. they're just rpgs made by the same company. different universe, different game styles (usually) and different stories. just cos they number them and call them all FF, doesnt mean the games are linked any more than being RPGs (and all having characters called sid etc.)

With the exception of FF8 I've enjoyed every one of them I played. There might be deeper and better RPGs around, but to me it's somewhat like watching a feelgood movie. The games are far enough apart that I pretty much disappear for a while when the next one comes out and thoroughly enjoy my time spent on them

I enjoyed some of the series too, but there is a limit to the amount of sequels I can take....

I wish they would translate more pureblood jap rpgs to europe because they are amazing....

I have had FFX about a week now and I am really enjoying it. Sometimes it feels like an interactive tech demo though :/
But the facial animation and the fact it has a few new features keeps the love flowing.
