Saw the game box the other day and I was tempted to buy it

I've thought about doing the same as DAoC is getting a bit stale...

I figured with teh xbox release, it might be a good time with loads of lowbies kicking about but I've not heard a lot about the game so no idea if it's any good or not...

I think the game is really really good, but thre is no PVP or at least when I played it but the PvE was really good fun but you need friends to play or make friends and get a good Linkshell in game,

been templated to play it again myself if I can find my old account

iv gone of daoc cuase its same old same need some new content. FF11 has lot of content and lore and a great story

I bought it when it was released, but never really got into it myself, leveling seemed to take forever and so many people didnt speak english etc

ive started to play it with my friend this is important until you get to about lvl 12 the game is pretty much a solo affair. Basically once you get passed the lower levels of the game it is meant to get a lot better.

Ive got myself a lvl 8 white mage on ifrit. Also the anoying thing is if you want to play as a group on the same server you have to go get a world pass. Its a bit confusing.

Im on ifrit as a short thing called wark.

Also the control method is mental

I thought that, but they don't. Hadn't paid for my account for over a year and 1/2 and my characters were all still there when I resub'd.

Mine were all gone. I tried the return home thing when it was up, but only my old mules were there, not my main.

That's the only reason I'm playing WoW instead of FFXI right now :| /cry

ouch, I dont think my chars are there either then :/ making a new char these days is probably not worth it, as most people are high lvl :|
