FF Server - tk_punish

Any chance of putting tk_punish 1 back on the FF CS server? I seem to remember it was accidentally left out of the configs when the CS servers were upgraded many many moons ago and has never been reinstated.

TK'ing is a problem on the FF server and tk_punish 1 would reduce it considerably.

I've emailed a few people about it and not yet had a useful reply :/
