Pretty decent. If Eels went busking and had a female lead, they might sound a bit like this

"Just Like The Sun" seemed the strongest track to me, with some decent production on it, potentially extremely powerful.

Full Night's Sleep is a bit too reminiscent of "Is Vic There" by Department S for my comfort.

Some good tunes. A bit more attention to dynamics and arrangement and potentially excellent.

A decent recording/production wouldn't hurt.

Nice one mate. Bump their progress as more appears

Actually she records it on her own in her apartment. She both sings and plays guitar simultaneously. And i agree it would bump up the quality alot if the recording were better.
