Its Complete Diivskin UI from http://www.daocmods.com/pn/index.php Its nice except it doesnt save you HP bars/exp whatnot on zoning/logging you have to open everything up but other than that it has everything you need

after the 1000000th time it started going subconciously automatically, in 5 seconds for me

looks even my uber with a shield equiped, you wield as a LW user but have a shield too. Using one myself atm becuase it have a nice DD proc =) or atleast my RoG have
